Membership Fees

Class A - voting membership; for environmental non-governmental organizations

  • $ 15 per year for organizations with an annual core budget of less than $25,000 per year, and ARE part of a provincial affiliate network

  • $ 35 per year for organizations with an annual core budget of less than $25,000 per year, and are NOT part of a provincial affiliate network

  • $ 80 per year for organizations with an annual core budget of more than $25,000 per year, and ARE part of a provincial affiliate network

  • $ 100 per year for organizations with an annual core budget of more than $25,000 per year, and are NOT part of a provincial affiliate network

Class B - non-voting membership; for individuals and other qualifying organizations or businesses

  • $35 per year

RCEN is encouraging new applications and membership renewals from organizations that are interested in collaborating, networking, and sharing resources with other groups across Canada.

RCEN Membership Benefits

  • National Caucuses

    RCEN’s national caucuses are formal working groups of environmentalists with expertise and/or an 
interest in specific environmental issues. The caucuses provide networking opportunities with industry experts who share the same passion for environmental protection.

  • Connect with Other Members

    RCEN’s existing members include small and large Environmental NGOs across Canada and motivated individuals from diverse backgrounds with an environmental focus. By becoming a member, you can collaborate with members who do related work.

  • Provincial Affiliate Networks

    By becoming a member with us, you can also get connected with our provincial environmental networks. RCEN, supports and collaborates with provincial and territorial environmental networks across Canada.

  • Delegate Selection

    RCEN provides opportunities for ENGO representatives to participate in national and international meetings, conferences, workshops and consultations on environmental policy issues through a transparent, bilingual and democratic delegate selection process.

  • ENGO Networking Events & Training

    RCEN organizes online networking events for its members and shares information about events, workshops and training opportunities with the members of the network via emails, newsletters, and more.

  • Promotion in RCEN's Monthly Newsletter

    Our members also have access to promoting their organization’s events, resources, news, and calls to action through RCEN’s monthly newsletter. To submit an update, email outreach@rcen.ca.
