Newfoundland and Labrador Environmental Network

The Newfoundland and Labrador Environment Network (NLEN) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to the conservation, restoration and sustainable use of our province’s natural heritage. The NLEN serves as an umbrella group for non-profit organisations working across the province that share the goals of environmental conservation and education.

The strength of the NLEN is rooted in its member organisations and the work they carry out on a range of issues: protected areas, climate change, environmental education, food security, community sustainability, coastal clean-up, eco-justice, air quality, wildlife protection, electronic waste, pesticides, mining, waste management, watershed planning and fisheries.
