Statutory Review of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (7-year Review) 2011-2012

The House of Commons Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development has been charged with undertaking the 7-year Parliamentary Review of CEAA. It held hearings from October 20 to November 25, 2011, and accepted written submissions until November 28, 2011. Transcripts and other documentation related to those sessions are available on the Committee's web page. We have compiled here as many of the written submissions as possible:
